Welcome to our Home Sweet Home! Our home boasts 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (tub/shower combo) with a 2 car attached garage all for your use. Two living room areas, perfect for bigger groups. Private, fully fenced backyard with two lounging areas with wood fire pit and patio table with umbrella. Propane and charcoal grill available for you!
Our home has approx 2300 sq foot to share with you. Our yard is beautifully landscaped with grass in both front and backyard with flowers, trees, bushes, and a cute park bench. Close to Powers corridor and New Center Point with outdoor shops, restaurants, movie theater, and gyms at your leisure. Our home was lived in by our family for many years; it has been and continues to be well cared for. The property is on a thoroughfare street that yields moderate traffic at times; however, it provides easy access to dining, shopping, etc.

Summary: We had four adults staying here and family members from the area coming by as well and everyone was very pleased with this home. It is spacious and comfortable. It had everything we needed and then some. We feel we got very good value for our money. We didn't have any problems during our stay, but every time we contacted the hosts they got back to us right away so we were confident if something had gone wrong they would have been very responsive. Overall we were very happy and recommend this home highly. (On a side note, if you get a chance to go to the National Museum of World War 2 Aviation at the airport nearby, it is a real gem and well worth a visit)

Summary: This property ended up being even better than expected! The living areas and dining room were larger than they looked in the picture. Our 2 families were able to spread out in their own spaces with room to spare. The back yard was a nice place to hang out to eat or just sit around the fire. The neighbors are respectful. The location is right next to a road that takes to pretty directly to anywhere you want to go. There's a Wal-Mart 6 minutes away and a King Soopers 4 minutes away (I'd recommend the King Soopers). Everything was clean and comfortable. I will definitely look this place up again if we come back to the Springs!

Summary: Chic Farmhouse was a wonderful base camp for our first Colorado family vacation. Katie was quick to respond with any questions we had if we come back to Colorado Springs I know where we will he staying!!

Summary: Katie was great to work with! Great location with so much close by! It is on a busy street but does have a fenced in back yard. Clean house! Plenty of room for everyone and the golf game in the basement was a hit! Downside is the twin bed that is part of a separated bunk feels like a plastic mattress to a crib/toddler bed…very uncomfortable so we weren’t able to use it. Appreciated the items in the kitchen for use and supplying things like hand soap and TP. Be aware of step down to the living room. Would stay here again if back in the area!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay in this home! We had a wedding to attend, so we didnt do too many activities around town. However, the location was perfect. Lots of stores and food close by. Backyard was perfect for children! The only negatives we found were the tub upstairs wouldn't stay closed so we couldnt really give the kids a proper bath and the bed upstairs with the two beds in it wasnt very comfy. The bigger one seemed to fall down in the middle so it wasn't the greatest nights of sleep. The hosts were very quick to respond and that was great! Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely choose this one again!
