Summary: This is a cute place in a great neighborhood. Exactly as described. VERY Clean The only issue I had was you could hear the people above us walking etc. They were very respectful of hours and it was quiet at night, but you could hear all the activity.

Summary: This was my first time staying at a VRBO - it was exactly what we needed! Just a few minutes from cafe latte - a place I used to go to often when I lived in MN many years ago but also the convenience of the home itself was great for our kids who are not big fans of traveling. Very clean and tidy and easily accessible and safe.

Summary: What you see in the listing is exactly what you get. It's beautifully decorated and equipped, it's really well laid out, and it's spacious; in short, it's a very comfortable apartment. I award extra credit to Kelli, who responded virtually instantly to my every question. I always wonder about and consider safety and security in short-term rentals. It's a factor rarely addressed in comments, but it's one thing surely all renters value and expect. Staying overnight in a rental that is under the control of someone I don't know puts a great deal of faith in the owner to safeguard my security. I asked Kelli questions about the security and her answers reassured me. Another factor always important to me is noise, so I will note that the walls of the apartment are obviously a bit thin. I could easily hear conversations in the adjoining apartment, as well as the activity of a small child and a dog. Fortunately, they never made noise at night when I was trying to sleep, but less considerate tenants could have been a problem due to the lack of soundproofing.

Summary: We drove up for the MN Fair and this house was an 8 min drive - but it is also so well located to Mall of America (15 min), soccer stadium (walking distance) and many restaurants. I would definitely recommend this house.

Summary: The property was the perfect size for 5 people. It was clean and easy to get to local points of interest. The only down side was the 3rd bedroom which is a futon. It is a little uncomfortable so would recommend an air mattress or something else instead.

Summary: We only stayed one night to attend a soccer match at Allianz Stadium and it was the perfect location for us to walk to the match. Kelli gave recommendations for dinner places we could also walk to. Pizza Luce hit the spot! Communication was easy and quick. The place was nice and clean and the beds were comfortable. We will be back for sure!

Summary: Fantastic lower level apartment, thoughtfully appointed in a very walkable neighborhood. We loved taking the dog for long walks and exploring the college campuses and nearby streets and houses. Bonus find Yellowbird Coffee just a few blocks away!

Summary: I rented this for out of town guests (my parents). It was PERFECT for them. Clean, cute, comfortable and convenient. Will definitely rent again for out of town guest.

Summary: We found this property to be exactly as listed. It was very clean and a great little apartment with a nice kitchen, plenty of space and great location! Our only complaint is that the futon in the 3rd bedroom was quite uncomfortable, would not recommend it for an adult. But a child or teen would likely not mind it. The neighborhood was also very nice. Walking distance to Pizza Luce! Highly recommend this rental for your stay in St Paul.
