Summary: Awesome house -- If you want the quintessential Southern California beach experience then this place is it. First, Manhattan Beach is the premier spot in LA if you want the beach and this house is the place. Manhattan Beach is also very central if you want to explore and it's less than 15 minutes from the airport. The house was exactly as advertised and more as the property host has supplied everything you would need for your stay (Beach Essentials, Beach Towels, Sporting Equipment, Chairs, Umbrellas, etc. along with awesome robes). The kitchen is also great and a nice grill. The beds are super comfortable and there is plenty of parking including a 2 car garage. The location is also very good (1 mile from the center of town but a 1 minute walk to lot of good restaurants and breakfast spots in the North End aka El Porto). The top floor is a great family / gathering spot with lots of windows and great views. Tons of TVs in the house. Honestly, there was nothing lacking for our stay. Last, the Property Host was very responsive (all messages were returned within 5 minutes). I highly recommend this house.

Summary: We have enjoyed everything about our stay at Nancy's house in Manhattan beach. It was our first time in California. The proximity to the beach is a major attraction and we have appreciated the beautiful, calm and safe neighborhood. Open areas were perfect for our group. Everybody was confortable in their room and beds. Nancy is very accommodating and nice and she answered every question I had. Thank you for everything. Genevieve
