Summary: My husband and I booked the property for a weekend away and loved it. The pool was great for relaxing. The apartment was clean and the owner was easy to contact. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: The owner put a great deal of thought into the amenities left in the home. The toys for the kids were diverse and fun for them. The toiletries were plentiful and readily available. The amenities at the property were great, from fishing in the ponds to playing at the pool and exercising at the gym. The owner always immediately responded to any questions and made the check-in and out process easy with no fuss. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Comfortable well stocked apartment! The bedrooms and bathrooms are big and owner provided all the towels, blankets and trash bags etc... that anyone could need. Neighborhood is gated and quiet and nice.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay here. The aparment is so homey, clean and comfortable. Conveniently close to the Summit ball diamonds. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony, overlooking the pond in the back. We had geese and baby goslings. Thank you so much for being such kind hosts!

Summary: Very friendly responsive host. Very clean and up to date unit. Entire property very nice and quiet. Host allowed us an early check in I needed which was very helpful. Pool area was closed and had been for a while which was a disappointment since it was a main reason we chose this particular property on this trip. Contacted host but he said he was not aware of pool area not being available

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at David and Lucy's home. I truly felt at home upon arrival. The place was clean and had everything that we needed. They even provided some additional household items to make our stay more pleasant. The home itself is in a quiet gated community. There are several food chains in the area if you wanted to grab a quick meal and Walmart is only 2 or 3 minutes away. I loved the fact that we were close enough to the heart of Chattanooga to enjoy it but just far enough away to avoid all the congestion. I would definitely stay here again if it is available when I am in the area. Thanks again David and Lucy!!!
