The Space:
The first floor consists of a two car garage with storage space. While the first room upon entrance will be what we call the “the boom boom” room. The fun room in other words, consist of tv, arcade, fun furniture and sleeper sofa. Also has an outdoor terrace with lush turf and a full shower/toilet.
The elevator or stairs takes you to the second floor which is the living area, kitchen, balcony and dining area with the largest half bath you’ve ever seen. The it’s floor consists of the master and guest bedroom and also the washer and dryer. The roof top terrace is the next and last level, with stunning houston views and attic space.
Guest Access:
Guest will be given access code for the door.
The Neighborhood:
West university and Montrose area. Central part of the city with everything happening around it, but also quiet to chill.
Other Things to Note:
Cleaning fee of $175 added to stays of 1 night only. No cleaning fee for stays of two or more night.

Summary: This house was great! If you are going on a group trip this is a hidden gem. The elevator is a great touch & very convenient. Very posh & modern feel but has a great homey feel. Would definitely come back and stay for sure!

Summary: My 36 Birthday was a memorable 1 , thanks to the House Rental everyone had plenty of space, Access to fresh air and a beautiful view, along with outstanding Restrooms and Sleeping quarters!!! Convenience store nearby, Mr.Morris was Great...very Helpful, over all this was a perfect fit and choice for my Birthday weekend...Will definitely Rent again!!!!
