Summary: The hotel staff were polite, friendly, helpful and great at check in. Our room service staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and were so lovely. We had a negative experience at Sunday buffet breakfast, where we were seated at the end of a large table where there was clearly a large group sitting there. The restaurant was busy, but the staff seated us there. As I waited at the table, my daughter was getting breakfast when a man sat in her seat. I politely told him my daughter was sitting there, and the man next to him told me “too bad, we were here first, we are not moving”. I was quite upset by this and then asked to be moved to a different table. I would have preferred to wait then deal with difficult customers. Our room was nice. But we found the floor had not been cleaned well. There was broken plastic on the floor, a rolled up sock from the previous guest that had not been cleaned or removed. I strongly doubt the floor was cleaned. We also found a sea shell on the bathroom vanity. The bed was comfortable and we had a good night’s rest.

Summary: Typical Marriott quality stay, nice. Staff took away breakfast a bit too soon on one of the days of our conference. However, we stayed a few scant minutes over in a ballroom the previous night so I guess it was perhaps retaliatory or staff was not prepared for the event next door to us. Either way, we may book again. All of our midwestern state guest were pleased

Summary: Overall property was very nice. Hotel aesthetic was very pleasing. I would definitely stay again! Pool area was nice. Several times people almost slipped. Would loved to see this area better kept. Other than that we had a good time.

Summary: Rooms were fine. Comfortable beds. Tiny bathroom. Free parking was nice. Starbucks was nice. Housekeeping came in even with the do not disturb sign on the door. Luckily the door was latched from inside or I wouldn’t have been happy since my child was in the middle of changing near the door. Nice big lobby.
