Positive: The staff was extremely friendly; the room service dining personnel were professional, kind, and all-around great. The pool was very pleasant. The restaurant food very good. The staff at the desk were very, very helpful
Negative: The one problem that we experienced was the extreme temperature settings in the hallways and lobby. In the elevator access areas, the temperature was constantly set at 60 degrees F; it would have been much more comfortable (and economical for the hotel!) if set at 72-75.

Negative: On my last day while I was leaving and checking out, the staff on front desk was not friendly at all very rude and told me that my statement is not true about the Wi-Fi. I told her multiple times that when I checked in the staff, even the manager told me that Wi-Fi is included and she told me right on my face that I’m lying. I did not like that comment I told manager about it on which he gave me credit and voluntarily like he was very good basically so everything was good except except for this last day encountered with front desk the area was good. Location was good. Hotel was good comfortable clean. Everything was great about this property.
