Our generously proportioned holiday home is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of Monschau-Kalterherberg.
With 5 bedrooms for max. 12 guests, we offer about 190 sqm spacious accommodation for your holiday. 3 bathrooms, a large living / dining room with open kitchen and a multipurpose room (playroom) you can not miss anything in the house.
A large terrace with sitting, grill, etc. and the large garden with play equipment for the children round out our offerings.
Dogs have a secure outlet in the garden.

Summary: What's left to say, the title summarizes it all. The modern yet homely house is easily accessible, the village provides basic amenities. Marion and Heinrich are the perfect hosts, available but not overbearing. The house itself is equipped with nearly anything you need but can't be bothered to bring: soap, bath foam, spices, coffee, dishwasher tablets, ... Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer, ... Don't hesitate to book but hurry since we will recommend this to all our friends and family
