Positive: They were very nice and helpful with what ever question we have to help us and even they gave us ride as well when we are going to downtown and also we forgot staff in room and they send to us with post office so I will recommend to who ever looking a room to stying in Chiang Mai .
Negative: We where happy to have them!!!

Positive: Chilli was very friendly and welcoming. Room was lovely with extra added amenities. Nice spacious room and everything was very clean.
Negative: Curtains over the glass door to the hallway and window would be nice. Hot water for showers would be good too.
Summary: Very kind host and lovely spacious room.
