Positive: The place is much nicer and more lovely than on photos. The privat beach is long and wide with cosy double beds, beach bar and music. The restaurant is on the spot directly on the water side. Extreme friendly host. Breakfast is also much better than usual small family hotels offer , especially in out of high season, when only few guests are there. I praise the fruits and amazing dry apricot with walnut. And 4-5 good beach restaurants are also available by walking through the hotel park, 2-3 minutes distance only directly on seashore path.
Negative: I would suggest to exchange the Turkish folklor music for the evening time for a more summer holiday vibe to the beach bar.
Summary: Better than expected for the price we paid.

Positive: The location is great, very peaceful and lovely view - very handy for the Marti Marina. Owner and staff very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast with lots of choice. Food was nice but about £60 per head. Would say a good place for an overnight stay but not for longer.
Negative: The rooms are very basic, with limited facilities for the cost per room. Unfortunately we had to change rooms late at night due to loss of power and lights - nit what we needed after a long day.
Summary: Would stay again purely for access to Martins Marina.

Positive: Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of Turkish foods making it extremely tasty and interesting. The staff were so courteous, friendly and helpful and even provided extra bedding when asked. A lovely spot right by the sea with amazing four poster “beds” by the beach. Very peaceful too. Each room had a fridge - very useful in the heat. Rooms cool with excellent AC.
Negative: Being British I would have liked a kettle in the room, but having said that, a cup of tea or coffee was always on offer throughout the day.
Summary: A friendly, comfortable and clean hotel by the beach with friendly and courteous staff.
