Summary: The property was advertised to have acessible air conditioning (AC), which was the main reason why we chose this property over others that had no AC, due to the fact that our stay was during hot summer. The night we arrived we found the property was extremely hot so we searched for where to turn the AC on and were unable to do so, we then contacted the property manager right away and were then told that it was controlled by the owner upstairs which was not at all what the advertisement stated. We then asked to turn it on and they said that they had but it was still quite hot; every night when we would arrive back to the suite (as we would be out all day) we repeatedly found the same issue that it was very hot and asked every day to turn the AC on to which we were told "ok". On the fourth day of our trip (we were only there for five days) they contacted us to tell us that the air conditioning was broken. We stayed there all along without any air conditioning in a very hot weather. Very false advertising done for this property. The shower also had a lot of mold/dirt in the walls, closets were locked off with tapes etc (with signs "DO NOT OPEN") and the only one closet that was open had no hangers, leaving us nowhere to put our stuff. Internet barely works as well. Would not recommend for short or long stays at all.

Summary: Communication was very poor with host,and in the ads it’s says full house but it’s only downstairs,they need to be more specific about it but other than that it’s pretty good

Summary: The unit is really nice. There are details that need improvement. Beds have not complete set of sheets, one bed has the fitting sheet and the other flat one is on the other bed. No space to put our stuff, doors are sealed with do not open/use. Only one big empty closet in the main bedroom, blocked by a futon. No drawers and just 1 night table in each room. Kitchen knives and potato peeler are garbage. The unit needs better quality staff to be able to use them. Thank you.
