Positive: What a find ! In a way I don’t want to say just how wonderful it is, in case everyone finds out about this gem but Milton, the team and this remarkable property deserve to be discovered. It’s not easy to find by car.. but step through the gates and it’s enchanting.

Positive: The property is historical & beautiful. It's located in a quiet part of Kochi and there is sufficient privacy. The staff (Milton, Sajitha, Martin & Vipin) are very attentive and friendly. The food made by the chef Sajitha was exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals during our stay there. Mr. Milton Varghese organised a sunset backwater tour on the day of our arrival. It was nice & we had a good time. We also had the pleasure of seeing a performance of Sopana Sangeetham arranged by Mr. Varghese.
Negative: The duvets in the bedrooms are not suitable for the warm & the humid weather in Kerala so a light fabric material would have been better to cover our bodies when sleeping.

Positive: Since we had an early morning flight and arrived at the property at 4am while it was all dark, it did have a very spooky feel to it. But we were overjoyed from sunrise onwards and throughout the rest of the stay. Lovely staff and manager Mr. Milton who took care of our every need. It felt like staying at our family home and being spoilt :) The views, the boat ride, the special dance performance, the fresh fish and super yummy preparations were all more than what we expected. It was indeed a very memorable and special experience for my daughter and myself!
Summary: Really enjoyed the hospitality, food and views of this part of Kerala to our hearts content!
