Positive: The staff, very nice, all of them, good wifi, good food, quiet, good amount of cable channels. All individual rooms with private shower. AC excelent. its old but well kept. The location is the best feature plenty of good restaurants, clothing stores and gift shops and gelato icecream in front of the hotel. plenty of supermarkets and atm

Positive: Close to Indira Nagar metro station. Friendly front desk,

Negative: Shabby room shown initially. Decrepit old bathroom. They changed the room, but all the light and fan switches are behind the centre of the bed headboard. Inaccessible. The restaurant doesn't know how to make a hot chocolate. Housekeeping poor - a previous occupant used toothbrush found on the window sill. Windows un-openable. TV/STB not working.

Positive: Walkable distance to Indra Nagar Metro station, shops and restaurants. The property boasted of an Italian restaurant but could not try. Chocolate was the theme and there were pictures of Chocolate everywhere. They also teach how to make chocolates.

Negative: Rooms with better views.

Positive: Absolutely perfect stay. The room was spacious and cozy, everything was spotlessly clean, and the food was delicious with great variety. Staff were friendly and attentive. Truly a wonderful experience—highly recommended!

Positive: Staffs were really nice and friendly and responded quickly to any problem.

Negative: There was a watter supply cut suddenly which was disappointment and small facility like ice or extra water bottle were missing and washroom was not functioning properly.

Summary: It was okay but could be better atleast things which are there already must be working properly.
