Positive: The host provided a very clear set of instructions for accessing the property and was very kind providing complementary milk and a croissant on arrival. The flat was clean and tidy and well presented.

Negative: Whilst the flat interior is nice, the building itself needs a bit of an upgrade (i.e. repainting in the public stairwells, etc). Not the hosts fault at all, more of a building management issue.

Positive: Location was within walking distance of town centre. All the amenties were excelent. Though we did not need it there was a washing machine , full oven etc in the well equipped kitchen. The studio room was spacious with plenty of storage space and parking was an added bonus.
