Summary: Cute small cabin. That was perfect for a family of four. One of the cleanest if not the cleanest place we have stayed which is fantastic. Was a good location to go skiing from. Very comfortable beds. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Summary: We loved staying at Kevin's place. It was impeccably clean and well prepared for us and he was very proactive in communicating key details and activities to us. It was great to be able to walk to the lake beach and we enjoyed walking in the neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again.

Summary: Nice cozy place in the wonderful Chocorua Ski and Beach! Very updated and clean, air conditioning works great as it was a very warm week. Only negatives; tons of rules and a very creepy stuffed Fischer cat in the kitchen 😳

Summary: The house was very clean and comfortable. The outdoor firepit area was a plus. There is a pond within walking distance, so you can access the beach. The hosts were friendly and responded to all communication promptly. Overall a great stay!

Summary: This rental was everything we were looking for. The house was Very clean. The beds were so comfortable. Location was perfect. We enjoyed our stay. The fire pit was cool. Kevin was very responsive. I would definitely book again

Summary: Nice location and close to parks, story land and outlet malls. Fire pit is a nice addition as is the swing set for kids. Private pond access is a great plus as it is well maintained and the area is relatively quiet and only accessible to residents and guests. it is a great little pond to explore in a boat and the trails are fun to explore. Good sized kitchen area for service of a larger family and it was well stocked with the necessary non-food items (e.g., pots, dishes, etc). We were out most of the time and it was a beautiful, but I assume it would be a fine place to spend some rain delays. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: I have stayed in this neighborhood before but at a different property, Kevin’s house better suited our needs this year! The house is clean plenty of beds, our kids enjoyed the bunk beds and the swing set out back. This neighborhood is something special, the private pond has amazing views! Thank you Kevin for always being available and sharing your home with us.

Summary: I rented this property with six friends and it was perfect. The house was very clean and well put together. The outside fire pit was Fantastic and a great way to relax and have good conversations with friends. Lastly, the owner Kevin was in contact before , during and after our stay and that was a big plus for me. I highly recommend staying at this house and will rent again .

Summary: The house was small and quaint, very clean and well kept. Perfect for our family of 5 and pup. The yard was just the right size for our dog to get some exercise. It was only about a half hour to get to the center of Conway. Kevin responded very quickly to our questions prior to booking. Highly recommend!
