The home offers 2,000 sq. ft. with 3 bedrooms (AC in the two masters), 2 bathrooms, a new eat-in kitchen with granite counters and SS appliances plus a dining room, living room with fireplace, two televisions with cable/Netflix/HBO, Amazon Prime, Peacock, WiFi and a library. Enjoy a movie and a cozy fire after a day out hiking or playing in the snow.
Chocorua Village House is just a half hour from skiing at Cranmore or King Pine. Attitash, Wildcat and Bretton Woods are also options if you want a larger mountain. In the summer, golfing is minutes away at Indian Mound golfing and four miles from the Club Motorsports track. The Barnstormers Theatre is only three miles from the house and The Farmstand with its Sunday evening concerts is a five minute walk. We are surrounded by lakes, mountains, great hiking, biking, kayaking, dining, outlet shopping, train rides, Story Land and the best foliage in North America!
