Our spacious and air conditioned Stone Drive Vacation House: 3,640 sq. ft 5 Bedroom, 4 Bathrooms, 2 car garage, 3 large decks situated on 2 1/2 acres. Perfect for family or friends to spend quality time together. Maximum guests (16) Enjoy the fresh mountain air, stroll along the natural trails, skip pebbles in the steam or you may fancy the many local attractions, Seven Springs, Hidden Valley, Nemacolin Resorts, Idlewild Park, many golf courses to choose from, visit state parks, Kayak or white water rafting at Ohiopyle falls, tour FallingWaters, or check out the local Zoo all within 5-25 minute drive.Our home features lots of amenities, air conditioning, wireless internet, 2 stone fireplaces (electric inserts) 2 42' flatscreen TVs, Fully equipped kitchen, dining area, pantry, main living room, plus family room with adjoining game room, all tastefully decorated. I also decorate for each holiday for your enjoyment. Linens, towels,all paper products, cleaning and laundry supplies are furnished. Secure and private with easy access (location serene and natural) A welcome basket of goodies always awaits your arrival.
Gas Grill, 4 picnic tables, fire pit, we however do not supply fire wood, the neighbor hood kids, cut and place fire wood in shed, donations are appreciated for their hard work.
This property is located in a family friendly area, noise must be kept at a minimum due to permanent residents proximity to location. A maximum of 2 pets see pet fee. Summary: We stayed for the Memorial Day weekend to celebrate a milestone birthday. There were 8 Adults and 8 Children ages 1-12. There was more than enough room for us all and the property was extremely well kept and equipped. The yard was expansive - AND FLAT. Amazing for a property in the mountains - lots of room to run, play and burn off steam. This place is so very close to nearby attractions (Seven Springs, Ohiopyle, etc). This made quick trips to these attractions very possible. However, we spent nearly all of our time at the property. I cannot speak highly enough about the property manager - Mary. She greeted us on arrival and made the check in process very easy. She even presented us with a birthday gift as well as a thoughtful welcome basket. She was always available for any questions. She followed up quickly to any question prior to arrival and made our stay very easy. If I could give this property a rating higher than 5 I would. You cannot go wrong with this property. I

Summary: Mary greeted us with a lovely welcome basket and showed us around. She had arrived early to turn on the heat which was very welcome for this Hawaii crew! This is a terrific house with plenty of room for everyone in your party. Four LOVELY and comfortable bedrooms and two baths upstairs, a big living/TV area and VERY well equipped kitchen on the main level with a huge kitchen table and two islands to sit at as well as a laundry room, full bath, (with an ironing board which we really needed for our formal event!) as well as a pantry with a Keurig and to go cups! Seriously Mary has thought of everything you could possibly need. For cooking, they have generously provided the basics, spices cooking oil, everything! Then there are the lovely porches on all sides of the house and then a basement full of FUN and another full bath. We had a really nice time and everyone was very comfortable. Thank you so much!

Summary: The house was very clean and very well equipped. Mary is a wonderful host and was always available for any questions. We had an issue with water pressure during our stay as it was not consistence. Mary was aware of it and the people were to attend it the following week, we were there only a couple of days. But it was not the fault of the house, the water pressure was not consistence from the city or the pumping station. We were very happy with our stay. Thank you, Mary.
