Positive: Excellent location, central to everything, walking distance to Devon House, modern esthetic and design, clean and comfortable. Sheldon was very gracious and helpful, he helped with my luggage, getting me situated and making sure I had everything that I needed for a comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Positive: Host was pleasant and attentive. Ensured things were to our satisfaction and checked in often. Offered to help with additional needs e.g. car rental. Was often onsite and accessible. Extra chair in living area of apartment was appreciated -other units typically have one sofa for seating.
Negative: Room for improvement. We checked several apartments before one had all that fit our expectations, one sofa had a stain, the other had TV connectivity issues, sliding doors that either were difficult to open or off the rails, and a couple were aesthetics e.g. microwave directly on countertop vs overhead microwave. So lots of bouncing around multiple apartments the first night of check in which prolonged the process; also slight hiccup with updating the online reservation/payment matter arose (can't remember clearly). The unit we settled on was mostly a fit and lovely. However, here too I had to advise the property manager of fixes needed once we checked out e.g. blinds in kitchen that didn't roll up with pull string, rusting fridge hinges, soap dish holder that dropped off within a day, washer/dryer combo unit that didn't dry clothes properly (something related to electric current differential between Jamaica and manufacturing country) resulting in my having to hang clothes all over the apartment so they could get dry etc. A coffee table vs. a small decorative table would be a nice touch to this unit as the small table provided doesn't have much utility apart from decor.
Summary: Can go from good to great with some improvements.
