Beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bath private home with great backyard patio space. Large home with plenty of space to relax - large open living and dining space, plus big TV room that opens to the back covered patio. Residential neighborhood, walkable to the nice neighborhood family park and the beautiful Isabela town plaza. The Playa Villa Pesquera beach is a 5 minute drive, and the famous surf and family beach Jobos, with it's many restaurants and bars, is a 10 minute drive - as is beautiful Playa Montones beach.
Beauty and fun are all around! Hiking, waterfalls, beaches, snorkeling, boating, surfing, shopping, great golf, awesome restaurants - they are all close!
3 Bedroom, 2 Bath, recently decorated and outfitted with comfortable mattresses, pillows and comforters (duvet cover washed between guests), and soft towels. An office area for working from home. Well out-fitted kitchen and dining room with table that seats 6. Washer and dryer. High speed internet and large flat screen TV with Netflix access (Spanish cable) and sound bar. You'll fall in love with the chair swings in the family room, and the big covered patio area in the private fenced backyard, complete with Weber grill. We do not have an iron/ironing board, but provide a high-end steamer.
Up to 2 dogs allowed with prior approval and a $100 pet fee per dog. We would consider up to 2 cats with prior approval and a $300 pet fee per cat, plus an additional $500 security deposit. Pet fee will be added to room and cleaning fee through a 'Special Offer' at the time of booking. Some breeds may be restricted due to insurance.
Notes: We can't guarantee internet/cable TV service since that is not within our control. House entrance has a ring camera that records outside audio and video 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please watch your dog in the yard - we can't guarantee that there will not be a place for them to slide under the fence. Coffee and other consumable items are provided for up to 7 days - guests for longer stays will need to re-stock these items. Maximum of 6 adults and 8 guests total, $10 per night extra guest fee for more than 6 guests (per guest). $75 or 3% of booking cancellation fee, whichever is greater (to cover credit card fees).. This is a wonderful quiet residential neighborhood with neighbors we know and love, please respect the house and the neighbors! Price of Paradise: This municipality may have rare infrastructure problems with water, power and internet. We do have a large cistern for water, and provide lanterns and batteries. If outages last for less than 24 hours, no refund will be provided.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay there very much! The beds were very comforable and each room had AC so it was very comfortable. The place inside was very clean and the town was very peaceful. The town people were very nice. We had an amazing trip! We will return again soon!

Summary: When we first saw the property the impression was not good because the grass was not cut and looked small but when we got inside we realized it was exactly as was shown in the photos. Spacious, clean, a/c was on, many supplies for cooking and bathing provided and ever beach chairs and toys. Washer a dryer were an excellent extra for our satisfaction with the experience. One negative thing only, the dining table was bad (legs almost broken) and uncomfortable to use.

Summary: We highly recommend this house. From our arrival everything was easy for the ck Inn and we were very impressed that they received us with the air turned on, that with the extreme heat of these days in PR that is highly valued. The house is very clean and super well located. It has everything you need to cook and spend a few good days. It is a very spacious and good house for a family. It is very cozy because it has each area very well enabled. We were two couples and we loved it, eager to return to Isabela soon and definitely stay here again. Thank you Sheila and Fam. for allowing us to share your home.

Summary: Our overall stay at the property was good. When we arrived the grass was not cut, there were clear issues with the ceilings peeling in multiple rooms, the water bottles in the fridge seemed to be opened and refilled with water and the bathrooms could use updating and more thorough cleaning. The guest bedroom to the right down the hallway shot some kind of dirt/mold out of the AC unit when it was turned on and it landed all over the bed and pillows (it would have been on someones face if someone had been laying down). In the Master bedroom we found hair in the bed (that didn't belong to us). The grass in the front and the backyard as well as through the cracks in the driveway was extremely tall and unkept. The house is centrally located and it is easy to get to the beaches from there. It also seemed like a safe neighborhood. Having a washer and dryer to do laundry was a plus considering we were at the beach and the beach towels provided were perfect (light weight and fast drying microfiber). With a few simple updates/improvements this would be an amazing and beautiful home. It was a decent stay but a bit disappointing to see it unkept and not as clean as we had hoped.

Summary: I plan a little getaway to isabela from New Jersey for my birthday and to visit a friend who moved there, so I wanted a comfortable/cozy place to reside for the time spent. This place exceeded my expectations! Easy check-in, cleanliness, comfy home feeling from the bath soup provided to the hammock chairs in the kitchen area. We went to the beach almost every day and the convenience of the washer was great. The neighborhood is so quiet and clean, there’s even a park down the road that have Zumba classes everyday at sundown. I totally recommend this listing!! Even if you plans to be a 20 mile radius. I just recommend you rent a car or have reliable transportation. Or just chill in the house honestly lol
