Positive: Gorgeous quirky cosy cottage, great location for the centre of Clitheroe- spotlessly clean, lovely welcome gift of wine and other goodies, comfy bed, loved the Clitheroe wallpaper on the stairs with all the landmarks shown! Lovely outside space perfect for a brew or a glass of wine. Loved it!
Negative: Parking was a little tricky but we managed it no problem in the end after unloading our stuff at the front and then didn’t move the car for two days while we were there, otherwise there was nothing not to like!
Summary: Lovely stay in a gorgeous cottage in a brilliant location- highly recommended! Thank you Christine!

Positive: Loved the little cottage, tastefully decorated, very clean.Had everything you would need for a long weekend away. Great shower with toiletries. TV with Netflix. Goodies + wine for your arrival. Good location for restaurants, shops. Overall we had a good time. We actually did the Clitheroe pub walk 2025 for charity + highly recommend both.
Negative: Ear plugs supplied but I am a light sleeper. Road outside loud at times in the evening. Didn't bother my husband though.
Summary: Great cottage to stay in to explore Clitheroe..

Positive: Excellent location, close to the centre of town. Clitheroe is a vibrant market town, with lots of independent shops, restaurants, pubs and wine bars as well as a historic Norman castle - so a great base for exploring the Ribble Valley. The house is lovely and quirky, with a very well-equipped kitchen and stylish bathroom. There's a lovely little courtyard garden - perfect for enjoying a glass of wine at the end of the day. A beautiful hand-drawn 'map' of Clitheroe on the staircase provides lots of ideas for shopping and places to explore. Wi-fi was great.
Negative: The property is close to the road, so you do get some traffic noise.
Summary: Great little cottage - perfect for a single traveller or a couple.
