Summary: Spacious rooms, beautiful new pool, breakfast okay. Check out at 11am. Characterful building. No air con in rooms, fans were unavailable from reception. Lovely attentive staff but need more staff on site. Dining area needs updating. Overall good value for money. Hotel has huge potential to become 5* with investment.

Summary: Beautiful castle and pool but no customer service. You have to do by yourself everything: fill in your water bottle at the bar, take your fan, your luggage… no room service. Breakfast is not a continental one. Lack of staff to welcome you. We stayed two days and they forgot to do the cleaning of our bedroom. We have to tell them!!!

Summary: Terrible service . In fact no service at all ! I asked for a fan and was ask to go myself to the warehouse to pick it up. We stay 2 nights and when we arrived at 5.30pm the second day the room has not been done ! In the morning nobody at breakfast to welcome you or ask for your coffee. No towel at the pool 4 star hotel with service of a motel
