Positive: The apartment is a masterclass in Tetris. It had so many positives, Tub /hot tub and sauna were great and the bed was quite comfortable. However be prepared to pack light. The apartment is small and has a small closet but if you have equipment or are traveling with multiple bags you should be prepared to store items in your vehicle.
Negative: Unfortunately the cleanliness of the apartment was not hygienic. The living space was mostly clean but there was a significant and obvious black mold problem. This went beyond a few hard to notice spots. The entire shower was covered with black mold and even after asking the manager to have it cleaned there remained a significant amount especially in the grout, which was cream colored, was completely black 3/4 of the shower.
