This beautifully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located in Arecibo which is an hour and fifteen minutes West of San Juan in the sleepy little beach town of Arecibo. Located on one of the most beautiful beaches in the area where you can swim, snorkel, surf or simply relax and enjoy the sights and sounds.
The balcony overlooks the beach and there is a private roof top terrace that you can have all to yourself to watch the spectacular sun sets, sunbathe or enjoy cocktails at your own bar. You can jump into the community pool to cool off after a day at the beach.
There are endless things to do on the island like visiting one of the most beautiful beaches in the world (Flamenco Beach in Culebra) to kayaking one of the 3 the Bioluminescent Bays or watching the powerful ocean show at Poza Del Obispo. You can also enjoy the longest and highest zip line in the world (Toro Verde) and see the rich history through out the towns of Puerto Rico. One of the favorite local activities of Chinchorreando (bar hopping) is always a great way to meet the people and taste the delicious local food. Cave tubing, mountain hiking, waterfall bathing, are also located very close to the condo.

Summary: Property was very nice & well furnished with items we needed. The rooftop terrace is fantastic but the chaise loungers furniture & shade pergola shown in photos were not there. We recommend a new grill ( small Weber was so rusted we didn’t want to use) Good location for day trips around the island

Summary: Puerto Rico is our new favorite place. This condo in Arecibo is fantastic. The location could not be better. Literally across the street to the best beach. Perfect waves for boogie boarding. Centrally located to so many amazing things to see and do. Staci and Carlos are so kind and helpful. The other condo owners in the community adore them so they are very kind and helpful to us VRBO tenants. The house was perfect and clean. The house is equipped with beach stuff… cooler, umbrellas, chairs, snorkels, boogie board beach bag….etc. It was very convenient to have these things that you didn’t even know you needed. The information book at the house was super helpful with details about some of the local attractions. I highly recommend reading it. People have left notes with details about how to get around. We definitely want to come back to this place.

Summary: We are a three generation family who stayed here! This condo was clean, gated, and had a beautiful view of the ocean. The roof top terrace was such a beautiful place to enjoy our dinners. And our host Staci was so attentive to our every need. She always replied promptly to any of my questions. I cannot say enough nice things about her. And the people of Puerto were so nice and welcoming. We highly recommend staying here.

Summary: Staci was a gem to work with. Easy and quick communication. I was traveling with my husband and 17 year old daughter. We had a late arrival and Staci’s directions were clear and simple to navigate. Security at entrance was spot on throughout our 5 night stay. The condo was just as described and even nicer, especially the roof deck. Stunning!! That’s where we spent many evenings. Rough water did spoil our plans for snorkeling but it certainly didn’t dampen our spirits. The beach DIRECTLY across the street was our favorite. We’d nestle ourselves by the patches of shady trees. The beach chairs were in great condition- w/ back pack straps! 15 mins before leaving the condo our flight was cancelled. When I explained to staci, she immediately offered us assistance. It took 2 hours until we left and Olga, their cleaning person was wonderfully helpful. We hope to return in the coming years.

Summary: The place was perfect, but the best thing was the rooftop. We ate all our meals up there, even in the rain. The view was fantastic. We also really liked the beach across the street. It was quite wavy while we were there (in March) but the sand was wonderful and it was great to walk along. The tidal-like pool at the West end of the beach was spectacular.

Summary: We LOVED our stay here! We had originally planned to stay in Isla Verde but our rental canceled our stay around midnight of the night before we flew to PR. We were super lucky to snag this gem and we loved every minute of our 6 day stay. Note - due to the distance from San Juan, we did need to rent a car... but totally worth it! Arecibo feels like the center of PR. We took in a sunset on the Rincon coastline, spent an evening kayaking the bio bay at Fajardo, did a brief tour of Old San Juan, and enjoyed a trip to El Yunque rainforest. Our day trips were no more than 1.5 hours each way. And we still had time for three full, peaceful days on the beaches and trips to the town of Arecibo in the evenings for dinner. Because it is in a local community, you get the local experience, which is what we preferred. The people are so kind. The food is amazing. And we loved the laid back way of life. Staci and Carlos were exceptional hosts. Their property was clean, spacious and tucked into a quiet local gated community. We appreciated being able to use their beach equipment and extra towels. Not having to worry about packing or renting those items was a huge relief. We loved seeing the ocean from the living room. The property has a gorgeous, private rooftop deck offering beautiful views of the ocean and mountains. It's a very quick walk to the beach. The property also has a pool and facilities that were kept very clean. During the first part of our stay we experienced one small issue that was immediately addressed and remedied. Carlos and Staci were so prompt and thorough with their communication. They were thoughtful and accommodating to our requests and needs. They even had a binder with recommendations for local food and excursions. We felt so comfortable staying there and were sad to say goodbye. But our experience has left us wanting to go back to The Island. :)

Summary: We originally planned to rent this property in August 2020 but had to cancel due to the pandemic. When restrictions lifted, we planned again and this time were able to go. The communication was fantastic both times, and even while there, Staci made herself available in case any issues arose. We were visiting in-laws in Arecibo, so it was a perfect location for us. We took advantage of the beach and pool, and it was the perfect home base to be able to see our family every day. The property itself was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed to feel at home. I had no complaints and would stay here again, for sure.

Summary: We LOVED this condo, and would happily stay here again in the future. Spotlessly clean when we arrived. Modern and comfortable. Beautifully decorated and AC in every room. Comfortable beds & plenty of room to unpack. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, and appliances were modern and worked well. Appreciated having a washer and dryer for a beach vacation. Also very much appreciated everything available to make our beach vacation feel like home: beach umbrella, beach towels, 4 beach chairs, even boogie boards for the kids! Also available, though we didn't use it was a small cooler. The roof deck! Such a great breeze and a great view from up there. We enjoyed morning coffee and evening pina coladas while looking out over the ocean. Location: fantastic! Across the street from a beautiful sandy beach. If the current is too strong for you, it is only a few minutes drive to La Posa- perfect for little kids. Sardinera beach is also lovely -- sheltered for kids, but big enough for adults to enjoy; it is only about a 15-20 minute drive. The strip of Islote (La Curva) where the condo is located is very convenient to lots of good restaurants -- several within walking distance. On the weekend, there are some good food trucks across the street in the beach's parking lot. There were 2 decent markets within 10 minutes walking distance (2 min by car) where one can find all the basic needs (Agranel and Caroussel bakery). The greatest thing about this place, however, is that is the real Puerto Rico. My mother in law used to live in Islote on this same stretch of road, a little further down, and my husband's cousins live in Islote, too. I love that it is the locals who come to the beach here on the weekends and who dine in these restaurants. Oceania complex: very well maintained and mostly quiet, except on the weekend. The guards at the gate were all friendly and informative when we asked questions. The pool was always clean, and it was nice and big. There is also a sheltered area by the pool with bathrooms, and tables and chairs. We had lunch out there twice. The owners: excellent communication from start to finish. We had a problem with 2 of the AC units the 2nd day we were there, and the problems were fixed the same day, before we even returned from the beach. All instructions for check in and out were clear and detailed, and we were happy to have their restaurant recommendations. 100% recommend this place.

Summary: Great place, great location. Right across from the beach and close to anything you need....especially great food. Had some issues with the gates early on but the security guard is usually in the guard house or nearby patrolling the grounds and will let you in if needed.
