Negative: The neighbors were rude and complained about my kids slamming the door and came over to tell me that the kids were slamming the door multiple times which was not true. We left the door open as we were unloading, and the wind slammed it shut one time. They also called the owners and said we had guests in the pool which was actually not true. They were 2 of our nephews who live in the area and were originally supposed to stay with us but couldn’t because of school.

Positive: Spacious condo and very comfortable beds and seating. Meticulously clean and organized, and it was well-stocked with everything that we needed and more. Great location. Thick walls and floors and the neighborhood is quiet so you're able to sleep well. Local restaurants, Oxxo, drinks, and more are just a quick walk. The security personnel were kind and friendly. The booklet provided was helpful and full of great suggestions; thank you. Even though we didn't have kids with us, I appreciated the attention to detail (bunk bed, small desk, and a stroller in the closet). Small gym available as well.
Negative: Our taxi driver had a hard time with the directions. The last few turns seem to come out of nowhere. Just something to be aware of, but not a problem. Lastly, I wandered around but wasn't able to locate the spa but would love to try it if I stay here again (very likely!)

Positive: We really loved the overall compfort and location of the place. We felt safe and secure within the gates of the complex.. It was wonderful having a washer dryer and 2 bathrooms. We were here during a big storm so we could not use pool area but it too was very clean and super nice!! Hope to stay when its warm in the future.. Close to downtown Rosarito, beach, about 13 miles to downtown TiJuana. Walmart close by.
Negative: Previous guest took garage door openier.
