Positive: This is such a lovely estate, the architecture of the buildings is amazing. We had dinner there and the food is very good, typical tuscany food. Totally recommend.

Positive: Amazing View, very friendly and helpful staff, very spacious rooms and apartments. I wish we booked for more than one night. This place deserves at least a 2 or 3 night stay.
Negative: The utensils in the kitchen could be improved a bit. Adding some basic cooking items such as spicses and oil would be perfect. Adding some paper towels/napkins would be nice.
Summary: The perfect stay in the heart of Tuscany.

Positive: Apartments were beautiful & exceptionally clean,food was very nice, we only had breakfast and snacks, staff were great and we LOVED the cat! Who was happy to be fussed but didn’t bother guests if they didn’t go up to him.
Negative: Some bottled water in the fridge on arrival would have been nice. There was also cigarette ends outside the door but they were cleaned away the next day but very off putting on arrival. Maybe a more professional reception area, does feel a little like you’re walking into someone’s private office space.
Summary: We enjoyed our stay here and our apartment was lovely, we would definitely recommend

Positive: Very easy and comfortable. Friendly staff Clean pool Pretty and lovely grounds
Negative: Just felt a few things in the apartments needed attention such as leaky shower hoses, incorrect number of utensils in kitchens Door handles loose. Needs some tightening up on maintenance. But when raised it was dealt with such as curtain rail .
Summary: Great venue for accommodating family of 12 .
