Positive: I stayed for so many times at this hotel that is like family to me! All the staff is great, the view of the Bosphorus from the balcony is something you will never forget!
Negative: Like always, that I couldnt stay longer...hopefully I will be back as soon as possible!

Positive: really central yet hidden behind a back alley, so you didnt get the noise of the city. staff were very kind and helpful. they allowed us to get breakfast earlier than their start time due to an early flight
Negative: rooms were a bit smaller than the images, barely enough space to open 2 luggages, but other than that, the facilities felt new, it was clean and the breakfast was nice!

Positive: The room with a sea view was very beautiful, and since it was located on the east side, it was especially refreshing in the mornings.
Negative: I would like a bit more protein for breakfast, but all hotels in Türkiye are similar.

Positive: breakfast was great, the morning staff, Mr. Naji, was friendly and very attentive he made the whole experience worth it to wake up at 8am to have breakfas., the rooms were clean when we arrived, they didn't have any weird smell like most hotels do. and the check in was super fast and not complicated at all, the area is calm the soundproofed windows worked like a charm, the staff in general were friendly and very respectful to our privacy. the housekeeping staff was also friendly and professional whenever we ran into them
Negative: we booked two rooms, one was a pretty small, where there was limited space to walk at the bottom of the bed, at one time the shower box was clogged in both of our rooms, but they addressed the issue swiftly so that was good. we kinda missed a charging cord and one of the mugs we got with us from home, but that could be a mistake. they didn't vaccume the carpet until we requested that, even tho we stayed for 16 days. all in all, these things are nothing compared to how much we enjoyed our stay there
