Summary: My three star rating mainly has to do with the Elevator situation. I am certain that this is not the first time you all are hearing of this due to the confusion that everyone that I ran into was having the same issues of knowing where in the heck they were. I wish I had an answer or suggestion to give you, but I do not. I’m specifically speaking on the garage elevators. As far as everything else it was great. The Elevator situation was a little out of control.

Summary: The Cincinnati Marriott at Rivercenter is a beautiful place with a friendly staff that is very helpful. The room was clean the entire hotel was very nice. The restaurant was delicious everything we had there was amazing. Our group was there for a Book event and everything was wonderful.
