This stunning, three-story, 5-bedroom home has details that combine to create a masterful take on beach house-living. Along with the broad stairway, an elevator offers easy access from the main living areas downstairs to the gorgeous upstairs living spaces.
AMENITIES: At North, Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, a fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.
MAIN LIVING SPACE: Enter through the charming front porch into a living room lined with all-white shiplap. Handsome hardwood flooring and comfy couches create a cozy space, accented by stylish open shelving and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. A large dining table combines chairs and bench seating to accommodate a crowd. Beyond the dining area, the kitchen offers glass-front shelving and appliances with brushed nickel finishes for a state-of-the-art workspace. Upstairs, another living room offers more gathering space, along with beverage center so you won’t have to head downstairs to the main kitchen for a midnight snack or to entertain.
SLEEPING QUARTERS: Behind the main living area on the first level, you’ll find a gorgeous primary suite with a king bed and a luxury bathroom that includes spacious walk-in shower. This handsome retreat opens to a rear side porch. On the second floor, two bedrooms with designer details offer one king bed and one queen bed, and each opens onto the upper, covered porch. Each room has its own bathroom, while one of the baths also opens to the 2nd-floor living area. On the third floor, painted shiplap dresses a spacious guest room with vaulted ceilings and two queen beds. It has its own sitting area and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and it opens to a 3rd-floor porch. Pass through a gorgeous, shared bathroom to the darling, nautical-theme bunk room, with two sturdy, built-in bunks that sleep 4.

IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.
Shore Perfection is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Shore Perfection the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.
There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

She also had her bed room down stairs. Plenty of area for the kids too,play up stairs. Loved that there was a washer dryer up stairs and down stairs. There was 12 of us. We love cinnamon shore!

Cinnamon Shore is a beautiful community and we made so many great memories this week. Can’t wait to come back next year!

The property and location of the house was great. The furniture in the house needs to be replaced, the sofas and some of the beds were in bad shape. We traveled from South Carolina and would have been nice to have a comfortable bed to sleep in.

Our extended family had 3 homes. We are choosing to try another house next year. Shore Perfection needs some sprucing up. The landscaping is awful. Several shades don’t work. One of the lights in family room flickered when on. Spectrum television is the worst. Never could just turn the tvs on. Always had to load or search for channels. The back door shade is in need of repair or replacement. The ceiling fan in living room has one speed.....that is high speed. The kitchen had a good set of pots but shortage of utensils to cook with. No colander. No dish towels. Washing machine is good as is the coffee pot. The couches are ridiculous. We put the throw pillows under the cushions. The sofa in the upstairs room is bad too. They look good but not functional. Beds are very comfortable and adequate. Planters on the front porch have been there for 3 years with the same dead sticks in them. Take a look at the area off the porch. It is one of the worst landscape in the entire community. We love the floor plan and accommodated us good enough. Also the snake hose to rinse off before entering needs to go. One gets muddy turning off the faucet and sprayed by the faucet as the snake hose coils back. Need a better plan for clean up station. Just needs some upgrades. Would not recommend this property until it gets some repairs and couch replacements and exterior upgrades.

The home was was very clean. A few appliances in the home were out of order (coffee maker and ice maker) and the outside grill which we needed everyday was barely working and not fixed even after sending a request. Also note that the cushions on the second floor couch need to be be redone. They sank straight down and made the area unusable for our group.

Just the right house for 8 adults and 5 children under the age of 4. Everything in the house was exactly as shown, if not better. Very responsive to any question. Great location. Hope to return!!!

Found a couple pieces of clothing from a previous stay. The vents needed cleaned in one of the bedrooms and cause an allergic reaction. One stinks stopper wouldn't work and the garbage and electric outlet didn't work.The couches were worn out and no towel bars in a bath. Front entrance had dead plants in containers.
