Positive: Easy reach to everything and mostly friendly staff. The garden area was nice.
Negative: Unfortunately, the hotel did not live up to the photos or the nightly rate we paid. The breakfast was very basic, the rooms were tired and not very clean or comfortable (the bedding/linen and some of the furniture was warn and needs replacing) we had lots of red ants in the bathroom which was no fault of the cleaners or staff as it’s open an roof! One or 2 nights would have been ok but after 4 nights we were looking forward to leaving.

Positive: Beautiful location in amongst the greenery. The pool was a welcome addition, the bungalows basic but clean and the beds are SO comfortable and large. I’d read reviews of the bathrooms and yes, they are quite basic and open to the air so if you don’t like the idea of that, it perhaps isn’t for you. We loved hearing the wildlife around us - the birds, monkeys and chipmunks. The breakfast was perfect with multiple choices to keep it varied. It’s a 2 minute walk to the main road with many restaurants offering their amazing food. The beach is stunning and around a 2 minute walk. Plenty of beach bars but our favourite was Silent Waves. But the staff are what make this place. They are all so friendly, accommodating and kind. Summit works so hard and was always there with a welcome smile. AJ and the ladies on reception were so accommodating too. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality!

Negative: Unfortunately found that the services offered were not the best value for money at this accommodation. Our room was a little tired and in need of an update, including linens, electrics and general decor. The rooms would also benefit from a mosquito net which they are set up to accomodate but are not included. We also found the breakfast service slow and in need of some more staff. Attention was given to a large group of Indian nationals who made demands upon the staff and also were particularly loud and noisy in what we thought should be a calm, quiet and relaxing resort. Unfortunately they ruined our stay, playing music and being very disrespectful untill the early hours. In continuing our stay in Agonda we found better value accommodation elsewhere.
