Summary: The location was great for us because we needed to be close to the Isla Verde airport. They do not have any airport shuttle. You get to order breakfast the night before and they bring it to your room. We could not get in the restaurant on the roof because they do not allow flip flops, and that's all we had. We were on vacation! But the restaurant across the street was great! The staff was helpful and friendly!

Summary: The room we were in was noisy because it was by the ice machine and next to the elevators. I'm not sure what was going on but it sounded like several people were filling thier coolers. The balcony was nice. The free parking was great. The included breakfast was awesome. The dress code for the roof top dining was off-putting. We were on vacation so we did not pack the required attire nor did we want to wear long pants in that type of heat. The obsene cost of the restaurant also made it uninviting so it was necessary for us to go off-site for our evening dining. Overall the hotel served its purpose but we didn't find it to be anything extravagant.

Summary: Everything perfect, we arrived early and they help us with that. Room was always super clean and the kitchen was perfect. The breakfast was exquisite and punctual. The view from the Rooftop was impressive. The pool was nice with a beautiful view to city. Employees were very kind and helpful. See you next year!!!

Summary: We really enjoyed our suite at the hotel and thought that the room was very nice with the kitchen and living room areas, large bedrooms and a balcony. The room was clean and the included breakfast was a nice addition. While not the best food I've ever eaten it was good enough to get us out the door for the day.
