Positive: The room was very spacious. It had a separate living room with a pull out couch and a separate bedroom good for 2 people. It was interesting to have the windows look out over a shopping center and while I was concerned about noise, the mall closes around 10pm so you can still get good rest. The idea of security roaming around the mall gave me another sense of security. The staff was great and welcoming, even if I didn't speak much French. The location was very nice, next to many local and fast food places. The main reason to book the hotel is due to it's close location to the metro, right outside the hotel, and it's a great value for the money. I recommend this place!

Positive: The location is good, close to the shopping mall and many food options, as well as the Place d'Italie Metro/interchange. The room is just nice for 2 persons. Although there's no in-roon coffee machine, there's a kettle in the room to boil water and a coffee machine and water dispenser in the lobby.
Negative: Our aircon wasn't working and I called the front desk. Instead of sending someone to check it out immediately, they said they will do it the next day. However as we're out the whole of the next day and the following days, nobody came to fix it nor did they contact us to check on our availability. So we had to leave the window open for all the days we stayed there. Fortunately the weather was cool so we didn't feel stuffy in the room. The bathroom is very small and the drainage is slow (water drains from the sink and bath tub slowly). Fortunately there is no bad smell.

Positive: It was a decent room for the price. Having a washer in the room was a great convenience. Metro station across the street and a restaurant that stays open late.
Negative: Could have been cleaner. Needs updating. No shelf in the shower. Dishwasher did not rinse correctly. It takes 30+ minutes by metro to the main tourist attractions.
