Summary: My 3rd visit to Hotel. Very happy with location - I have friends living near place d'italie. Small kitchen - mall next door with Carrefour. 4 metro lines. Easy to get to anywhere in Paris. Small park a couple blocks away if you are a runner. I don't know the complaint about hot water - but My complaint is - that it is too Hot. 🔥 No problem with front desk - but I didn't need help.

Summary: Location was fantastic. Situated by a shopping mall so you could walk next door to Uniqlo, Zara, supermarket, Starbucks and McDonald’s and many other stores. Walkable to the nearest metro station. Reception staff were polite. The studio room we booked looked a bit old or perhaps it was the lightning. The beater did make some noise but once off, it was peaceful.

Summary: All good but the customer service rep did not let us check in even one hour early unless we signed up for their loyalty program. While it may be a hotel rule, it would have been nice if they would have been a little considerate to their guests paying hundreds for each night of their stay!

Summary: Good location very close to metro. But the staffs is not helpful, the hotel is old and not clean. Elevator is repairing and require to walk 5 floor by stairs
