Summary: Location wise this hotel is well placed. But the check in and check out procedures are slow. They have a paper system going for the security deposit (50RM) that seems quite unnecessary and makes everything quite cumbersome. But the breakfast was where we reduce our rating. The breakfast selection was very limited and things ran out quickly and took a long time to replace. There's lots of tables but they seemed to lack staff to clean up (it appeared a single person was doing everything in the room) so there was no place to sit even though the place wasn't full. We ate our meal on a counter at the end of the room. Overall the price wasn't much, but if we came back we would look for a different hotel because of the meal experience.

Summary: The hotel maintains a very high degree of safety and security standard for their customers. Both the main entrance and the reception counter on the 12/F were respectively posted with a security guard. A 7-11 shop located on the G/F is convenient for purchase of food and sundry items. The variety of food and beverages provided in the breakfast maintained an acceptable quality of taste. But I don’t know why there was a bad smell at the toilet during my stay, On conclusion, the stay in this hotel was value for money.

Summary: Really, really great hotel. Centrally located, super clean with a really helpful staff. The view from the breakfast room (on the 12th floor) is magnificent. There's even a 7-Eleven in the hotel lobby :-)
