Positive: The special rate for breakfast(25RM) is excellent value and the location is perfect for shopping snd food choices.
Negative: The traffic during peak hours.
Summary: We would definitely come back to stay in the near future.

Positive: I is so convenient because it is in the Midvalley megamall. Food, shopping and even getting around KL is so convenient

Positive: 1. Location is strategic. Connected with Midvalley mall, can access hotel side entrance through corridor beside The Coffe Bean & Tea Leaf, opposite of Secret Recipe and Uniqlo. 2. Clean! Both room and bathroom. 3. Friendly staff. During my last night stay, the room door suddenly cannot open. One male staff wearing spec immediately come to solve, seems like the door lock system need to be reset. 4. Contactless checkout is available. Just drop your room key at the box in front of receptionist. 5. Multiple choices of buffet breakfast with only RM25 for adult. Must try their roti canai! 6. Self-validate Touch N Go card before leaving. Max rate RM5 per entry per 24 hours.
Negative: Hotel shares the same parking with mall. Nearest parking at Zone C, pillars C13,14,15. So if the zone is fully occupied, then have to walk some distance.
