Summary: I had mixed experience. The front staff was helpful enough to keep my parcel in prior to check in. What was disappointing were: 1. The restaurant BGM volume was too loud for me so I asked the staff to lower the volume but they insisted saying that it was already minimum. I had to leave the restaurant. 2. The guests in the next room played TV very loud even after 11pm. I knocked on the wall but no effect. I tried to call the front desk and the duty manager but the lines were busy. I just put ear plugs and slept.

Summary: No the rooms are very small and poor in upkeep Air conditioning is horrendous with poor service as it made loud noises and we had to call the maintenance guy Staff is very nice and helpful

Summary: Room was very small and bathroom was very poor. Full of mosquitoes. Half a cup milk was Rs. 270/- We were recommended this hotel very highly by a friend but were put off.

Summary: The service at this hotel is excellent, really well ran, great food and lovely staff whp cannot do enough for you. The view on the beach from the restaurant and bar sets this place apart from the rest. Highly recommended 🙏
