Summary: The CitizenM is a well equipped, high tech, and straightforward stay that was perfect for me as a solo business traveler. The bed was comfortable, the blackout curtains were very effective, and the design of the whole hotel made it all feel upscale. I especially appreciated the large bath towels!

Summary: The sheets weren’t thoroughly clean and you always have to ask for wash cloths but other than that it was a very great stay.

Summary: Very nice and modern hotel. Sleek design and very comfortable. All of the rooms are the same. One big king size bed, which was absolutely soft comfortable and cozy. The only thing I would recommend is the option to turn the air conditioner all the way off. I’m very cold natured and thank goodness I brought my electric blanket with me. Other than that the entire stay was perfect.

Summary: The pluses: good location-several restaurants and a big supermarket nearby, close to metro station. Friendly and accommodating staff. The misses: no fridge or microwave, (but you could change the mood lighting in your room)! Tiny built-in “ice box” to potentially keep food/drinks cold. No ice machines however. Was able to get ice and bucket from the bar. Conditioner provided, but no shampoo. Would have preferred useful amenities instead of gimmicky mood lighting and iPad controls. Felt check in procedure required too much personal info as well as invasive front/back scanning of my ID. Privacy compromised and marketing info mined.

Summary: There is no direct parking so if you have a car you have to rely on street parking or using the valet service of a hotel across the street. People were very friendly and the room was neat and clean albeit not a large room. Had some of a Tokyo room vibe. My room had a king size bed but not a lot of room so good for a single but could be a bit tight for 2.

Summary: The hotel gives a very modern feeling. You can use the app or ipad in the room to control lights and shades etc, which took us a bit of time to get used to. Other than that, we enjoyed the stay.

Summary: Ultra modern in apperance room small but ok except mattress was too firm. No refrigerator in room. Only 1 towel and no washcloths provided. However when requested they did provide. Breakfast is an addtional cost per person and i didnt feel it was worth the cost. Overall ok stay
