Positive: Staff were very pleasant, the hotel and my room was clean and pleasant, breakfast had a good selection. The location was perfect for me, close to bus station and restaurants and bars.
Negative: There was nothing I did not like, the only slight criticism was that the coffee and milk was not replenished after I have used it on the first evening.

Positive: The room was comfortable and clean, I loved the jacuzzi bath although it took a long time to fill. I also have to comment on the lovely reception staff, they were a credit to the hotel, especially Christina she always had a smile and was happy to go the extra mile for us
Negative: The toilet and shower was too open, and the lack of privacy was a bit off putting. Also not having any tea or coffee making facilities was poor
