Summary: My family and I decided to visit the area for Labor Day weekend. We enjoyed going to the springs and the local restaurants. Overall the house was nice and everything we needed. The pool was very nice and we enjoyed the pool lighting at night. I did have a few minor concerns and reported to the property manager via email as instructed on check in instructions but have not heard back so far. Beds were comfy and linens were clean. Kitchen is nice. I gave cleanliness 4 stars due to food being left in sink and dishwasher not working properly (from prior renter). you may benefit from bringing your own towels if staying for more then a few days.

Summary: The house was wonderful and exactly as described. The living room great room was especially nice with what looked like new furniture. We came to scallop and this was a great location. The pool was so refreshing after a long hot day. Very nice property. We will be back!

Summary: The house was clean and had everything we needed!! We were very comfortable.Loved the pool area!! My kids really enjoyed the park across the street,we had a family baseball game. Enjoyed visiting the Rainbow River and Crystal river areas! Everyone needs to check out Norma's Italian restaurant in Crystal River,food was excellent 👌. We definitely will rent again.

Summary: We were glad to have 4 bedrooms for our adult children to have their own space. We were down to Florida to participate in a big family reunion but also used the home for excursions to local parks, hiking, birdwatching and swam with the manatees

Summary: The home was spacious, clean and perfect for a large family. The pool was great and had toys for the kids so we didn't have to bring them. 3 televisions was very convenient as well. I recommend this home to everyone!

Summary: This property was just lovely for a family gathering. Everything was very clean well provided for.The seating inside and outside was comfortable, and there was plenty of space for 7 adults. My only complaint is the beds. Of the three queen beds in the house only one of them was really comfortable, the others truly need to be replaced.
