Positive: Check-in: The lady handed me the keys at the property. Check-out: Excellent! I left the keys in the key box next to the property entrance. Shower: Excellent! The water heated up instantly and the flow was very powerful. The shower area is decent - not too small and not too big, can definitely accommodate a big person. There was no window in the bathroom, but this is pretty standard in Yerevan. Bed: Excellent! Comfy, soft, and clean. No issues whatsoever. I had a very good night's sleep every single night. Room: A good-sized studio, clean, with a TV and drawers. Kitchen amenities: Washing machine, cutlery, mini hob, fridge with freezer, and air conditioner. All the basics for a studio. Heating: Amazing! The room was super hot even during the cold winter months with snow outside. Noise: Very good! The building itself is very quiet, but there is a café on the rooftop just in front of the windows that played some music. Nothing to worry about, though—it wasn't loud. Location: Excellent! You can't get better than this; it's literally the heart of the city. Owner communication: Excellent! The owner was very responsive and helpful. Overall: Highly recommended!
Negative: The only minor thing that could be improved is the towels. I only received three basic towels, which I felt were not enough, as one towel was used for the bathroom floor, another for hands, and the third for the shower. However, this might just be me being too picky; there’s nothing major to worry about - it's a very minor issue. I am sure the owner would provide more towels if I asked, but I never bothered to do so.

Positive: The apartment was great — just a minute away from the public square, yet incredibly quiet. The 24/7 security in the complex was a nice touch. Yerevan feels safe, but this adds extra peace of mind, especially for solo travelers. Communication was seamless, with prompt and helpful responses to any questions. The apartment itself had everything you could need: a washing machine, coffee machine, a super cozy bed, and a luxurious shower. Overall, a fantastic stay — highly recommend!
