Positive: The position is very good. It was in the cebter and a few minutes walk from the H. C. Andersen Haven. We could everywhere by foot. The couch and bed were confortable and it was nice to have different spaces for eating and chill.
Negative: The appartment was a little bit dirty. Under the sofa there were some socks or else (I didn‘t try to identify it) left from someone else and under the bed there were tissues. Me and my husband always check under the bed and the couch if any toy of the kids rolled down, so sometimes we discover all the dirt hidden below. The stores were broken and didn‘t really make the room pitch black. So, if you are sensitive , it might wake you up pretty early. The noise from the coffee shop under the appartement can also cause some inconvenience. When I booked the room I asked if it was possible to leave my luggage on the day of the check out, as I wanted to visit the city. The same was co firmed at check in, but when I checked out, there was someone else and that person showed his discontented face and said “We don’t really have place”. He accepted only because I told him his colleague agreed the day before.

Positive: Location is perfect, nearby all city major attractions. The house is old/historic and it add additional value to the location. The towels and bed was clean
Negative: The key transfer didn’t went smooth. In the common stairs area it smells like garbage badly. The Appartment fit out, appliance, kitchen is old and pretty worn out. It definitely required renovation. I think that this is quite high price for this quality of Appartment fit out

Positive: Classy retro and spacious apartment on the second floor- lots of light, great views of the old part of the city out of the windows and wonderful breezes in late summer! Highlight of our Denmark adventure. Also right next door to Den Gamle Kro!!! FANTASTIC - helpful/friendly - Apartment office staff (Patrick (:). Comfy beds! Great/safe/inexpensive parking for the car.
Negative: 6 AM garbage pickup on Wed AM!! (not so good with open windows). Car was parked a little far to be able to go back and forth to it conveniently during the 1 day visit to Odense. We parked it at the City Hotel office where you pick up the keys. If guests could some how leave the keys in the room to check out without having to go back to the office that would help a lot!
Summary: I couldn’t be happier with my choice of accommodation.

Positive: Location at the very heart of Odense, very helpful and kind staff at hotel Nattergalen, very clean, very good beds, well equipped kitchen and dining table for 8 guests (although we did not do any cooking or in-house dining), available tea and coffee.
Negative: Make sure to report at City Hotel Nattergalen and do not follow the directions in the Booking.com map, like I did..... They will hand you instructions and the key first. This was not clear upon booking or confirmation and cost me about 1 hour to sort out after a long day of travelling. The apartment itself was a little worn and smelled a little moldy upon entering, but comfortable enough.

Positive: the location of the apartment was very good, and the apartment was nice and spacious and bright.. (even if the weather was not good unfortunately!
Negative: well I have to say that the cleanliness of the apartment was terrible, upon arrival... there were greasy pots, all the utensils not cleaned well, I had to wash everything. Luckily there was a small dishwasher, but there was no dishwashing detergent, nor was there any courtesy service such as coffee, sugar, and bathroom accessories, apart from the fact that the bathroom wasn't clean either. .we stayed there for five days but the apartment was never cleaned, I had to go and ask if they could send someone to change the towels etc. in short (we will never choose this structure again! welcome and cleaning service (zero).
Summary: the apartment was nice, but everything else was terrible!
