Positive: The staff were excellent. Very friendly and patient and helped everyone to the max. Great location. Not far from Hans Christian Andersen museum and house, which is a must see if you go. Also not far from restairahts and shops etc. Odense is absolutely beautiful, and I wish we could have stayed more than one night. The bed was comfy. The room was quite quirky, both modern but also kitsch, which we absolutely loved. Free tea and coffee machine in communal areas with plenty of choice. Tasty breakfast, with plenty of choice. I would define use this place again if I were lucky enough to return. The temperature in the room was ok, once we'd figured out the window. It was generally good all round, as you can walk around in short sleeves. The guy thought I was complaining about lack of ventilation when I said it was well-insulated but I reassured him that it was great for the time of year.
Negative: The room was briefly a bit hot and it took us a while to realise we could open the window just a crack rather than really wide! The bathroom had no ventilation. These things could be a problem in summer or for longer stays. The room was quite small. No conditioner.

Positive: Very friendly and accommodating staff. They let us use the living room after check-out while waiting for our train, we were even offered champagne but it was too early to accept :) We couldn't be more satisfied by their assistance with everything. Excellent location as well. We will definitely come back!

Positive: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, with good variety and was well made and tasty.
Negative: The room was small, with windows that let in quite a lot of light, making it difficult to sleep in the summer months. The shower was very small and not very comfortable to use.
