Positive: Roomier than just a hotel room. Nice view. Safe building. The unit was clean and comfortable for at least one night.

Negative: Not having A/C is ok given the nice weather in Baguio but it puts you at the mercy of drivers and motorists that at times decide to rev their engines. Entering the unit we encounter troubles operating the door with the card provided, further instructions or photos may help.
