Positive: Very friendly and helpful staff - I wish I could meet hosts like that everywhere. 10/10! Lovely apartment in a perfect location - 10 minutes walk from the main square. New building with reception, CCTV and security. Tiny, but designed with care, looks good, and you've got everything you need at a very reasonable price. I'm definitely going to book that apartment again in the future.
Negative: TV didn't work at all - and I was too busy to ask someone to fix it. But it should be ok just like that, without asking for help.

Negative: Had some issues to enter the room but was fixed quickly with the help of host. There's some bad smell from the fridge. The room could be deep cleaned - some part of the room is dusty.

Negative: Quite dirty and used. It needs detailed cleanup and some renovations. Lots of broken things in the shower. The bad is not that comfortable.

Positive: The apartment was located really close to the old town of Krakow, which wasn’t maximum than 7’ walking distance. It’s a modern apartment with all the necessary facilities, such as microwave, washing machine, hairdryer and most important in case you are a fan, Netflix! It was very clean and ready to accommodate us with a bottle of Prosecco waiting for us on arrival. A day prior the arrival, the host contacted us giving us all the relevant details how to enter the building, while they provide transportation service from the airport with an additional cost in case it’s needed. The best part is that on our last day, as our flight was later in the evening, we contacted the host asking him to extend the check out time, which was possible and our last day closed amazing! We totally recommend it!
Negative: Only the TV and the remote control have an issue regarding the signal, sometimes it was stuck and we had to unplug it and put it in again.
