Positive: The host met us to give us the keys and showed us the flat. The flat itself was clean and well maintained. There were facilities nearby such as supermarkets and it was close to a bus stop, making journeys into the centre very easy.
Negative: Nothing serious. The bedrooms could do with a wardrobe and chest of drawers. Also the only mirror was in the bathroom. Minor issues really.
Summary: Ideal alternative to a hotel when staying in Stuttgart.

Positive: The apartment is well connected to the city center, the bus stop is close to the building. Everything was clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable. Overall, it is great value for money.
Negative: The neighborhood is relatively noisy, especially on Saturday night when the residents of the building had a party until the morning. Also, when we were leaving, we didn't know where to leave the key, and the host didn't respond to messages and calls, so we were surprised with such communication, but in the end we managed and returned the key.

Positive: Great location . A bit out of the centre as in 25minute walk but the area was a nice bit of Stuttgart . A great local bar a minute walk .
Negative: We booked an apartment. It was for 5 people for the euros . My son got a late gift from his wife to go to the opening game v Germany . My son asked if he could sleep on the floor . Of course I gave him my bed and he left on day 4 . The concierge said he knew and charged me 140 euros . I paid . But I said the last 4 days there are only 3 staying so if we are paying by person do you then owe me money ? . I paid for an apartment or numbers ? Ye that was a bit disappointing but yip the apartment was totally fine ,
Summary: Great place . Walking distance to the stadium and city centre . The number 42 bus takes you to the centre in minutes and

Positive: The flat is clean and presentable and located within nice neighborhood. However the host who meant to meet us and give us keys was not available and did not respond to our telephone messages and calls. Luckily one of the neighbours let us in and showed us around. I don't know how long it would have taken us to reach the host if didn't meet this helpful neighbour. For the that reason I leave low rating.

Positive: Just OK basic accommodation in the eastern part of Stuttgart . Quiet location . Really good public transportation to the city and all places you want to visit . Also a market near to buy everything you need during your stay
Negative: Horrible smell of cigarette in the stairway and it also came to the apartment, also the bed linen had that same smell
