Negative: Bed was on the firm side, thin walls and doors (don’t ask me how I know), pool wasn’t heated but not a biggy, we did ask for our room to be serviced but nothing happened until we asked again then got given towels

Positive: Nice view from our first floor balcony Off road parking Trolleys provided to transport luggage
Negative: We felt uncomfortable about cooking in the room in case we set the fire alarms off and had to pay call out costs. Warning notices in the room suggested a fire alarm call out would cost us $350.
