Positive: The staff member named Arthur was the best—very professional and answered all my questions. However, the cleaning woman at the swimming pool was the worst, and I hope they help her understand how to behave properly. The apartment was very clean, with a comfortable bed and TV, but there was no curtain on the door. This made it difficult for me to sleep, as I am used to complete darkness. Overall, you will enjoy this place if they address the issue with the cleaning staff and install a proper curtain.

Positive: A perfect 10/10 stay in Kraków! The apartment offered breathtaking city views and an excellent location with easy access to public transport. The relaxation area was outstanding, a fantastic gym, sauna, jacuzzi, and pool. Everything was clean, comfortable, and beautifully organized. Truly an exceptional place for a relaxing and memorable stay.

Negative: Honestly, everything was excellent and exceeded our expectations, so there was nothing we didn’t like during our stay.
