Positive: The property was absolutely perfect for my family’s stay in Iceland! Away from the city and 10 min easy drive into the city. Parking was very simple lots of open spaces and quiet. The hosts were great and very accommodating. We have 2 small children and they were able to provide a baby crib and a cot with blanket for them. Plenty of space for the family to play. Kitchen was nice and lots of open lighting. Elevator worked great with all our bags. Never ran into another person while there. Added another family member to our reservation after booking and host was very understanding and responsive. Would stay here again and recommend for a family!
Negative: N/A there were lots of complaints about the sulfur water smell but that is just Icelands water nothing to do with the property or hosts

Positive: We really enjoyed our stay! The hosts are very lovely people and they were very easy to communicate with. We arrived in Reykjavik very early in the morning, hadn't had any sleep on our flight and were utterly exhausted. It was a pleasure to check in to the apartment, which had everything one might need for a stay and more (kitchen stocked with basic goods like cooking oil and the like), the beds were prepared with clean crisp linens and the apartment was nice and aired out. There is parking in front of the building, and getting inside the apartment was easy, following the instructions for key retrieval provided by the hosts in advance. The view from the apartment is wonderful! The hosts provided a folder with recommendations on local attractions and restaurants, and even bus schedule. Wi-fi signal was strong.
Negative: There was nothing we didn't like, everything was great!

Positive: The location of the property in regards to a lot of sites in Reykjavik was great! There was plenty of parking and the bed was great as well.
Negative: We knew this was a possibility as we read about this, however, the smell of the water was probably the worst we smelt it throughout all of our time in iceland -- specifically the water that was used in the bathroom. Don't think this has anything to do with the host/the home in general, but it was off putting.

Positive: The place was perfect for our stay! It has everything you need, the kitchen and bathroom were fully supplied. Great location, the free parking is invaluable. Very close to Bonus supermarket, which was convenient. We even took the bus once, so it's great to have a stop right in front of the building. It was very warm, quiet and cozy. You wake up to a beautiful view of the mountain. The hosts were amazing, responsive and very helpful, even left a folder with all the information.Thank you Martha for being super acommodative!!!
