Positive: the room is clean, with everything included: shower gel, in the kitchen there was oil, sauces, salt, dish soap, you don't need to buy what is usually missing in other accommodations

Negative: the traffic in that area during the week, it took a long time to get from the airport, but I think it's a problem for all of Nairobi

Summary: friendly and organized managers, excellent value for money, the room had everything included

Positive: It was what i needed without excess. Quiet place, clean, very good directions from host. Kitchen well equipment with coffe and plenty water to drink. Host kind with excellent communication

Positive: Location is good. The self-check-in is simple. The owner is always there (via WhatsApp). The apartment has a good view. I did not check the siiming pool on roof, because in comments some guests told very negative stories.

Negative: For what one becomes I find it a bit over-priced.

Positive: The room is quite nice overall and it’s not on the sunny side so although there’s no AC, it’s not very hot inside. It was easy to get to and the host was very helpful. The building is gated and there’s security staff on premises. The pool is there too and it does function but doesn’t look particularly clean.

Negative: The fridge noise was unbearable (host promised to fix) and loud repair works were ongoing starting very early in the morning on a weekend. The noise isolation is quite problematic in the entire building in general. The bed wasn’t very comfy too. The area around the building seemed a bit sketchy and according to taxi drivers isn’t particularly safe, although personally I didn’t have any incidents. Also, don’t rely on the roof restaurant too much, when I was there they couldn’t cook 80% of what’s on the menu, a food delivery would be a much better option.

Summary: I guess it’s a fair value for money in the end and I don’t regret it too much, but I’d rather pay more and get something
