Positive: Close to the train station. Center of Interlaken And the host was helpful. Quick responses and easy checkin .
Negative: The bed sheet did not look clean and had many small holes in different places. The vessels had many marks . I would like clean bed sheets and vessels .

Positive: We enjoyed everything about this apartment, walking distance to town, train station, bus station, beautiful canal running along the back of the accommodation, stunning view of mountains all around, alot of storage for clothes and suitcases, very quiet.

Positive: We love everything of this CityChalet historic, we stay her for 6 nights our room very cozy and like home. We can cook and can enjoy the river view in our yard. Love here and highly recommended

Positive: CityChalet was a charming stay in Interlaken. The host was communitive and welcoming. We received detailed instructions upon our arrival that were very helpful. The location was absolutely perfect!! The room itself was was clean and spacious; the kitchenette included utensils and some pans and, the refrigerator was very cold. Highlights of the stay: reserved parking for our rental car, local brochures that listed museums/activities, and a guest card for Interlaken that (once our information was entered on the website) gave us discounts and some locations and access to public transportation.
