Positive: It was spacious! I was traveling with my family of 15 so we had the entire 2 (2.5 :) floors of the Chalet - 8 upstairs and 7 downstairs, and it was spacious enough for all of us. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances/silverware/plates etc. Made it easy to stay in and cook for the most part of our stay. Relatively close to the Interlaken West train station (~ 5 min walk). View of the surrounding mountains during the day was beautiful! Close to the main road and shops; just wish the shops in Interlaken didn't close so early during the winter.
Negative: The driveway to the Chalet could benefit from more light. It gets pretty dark around the area and the lights that were there was not sufficient (in my opinion), and was only activated by motion. We arrived late, so when we got there, we could barely see where the Chalet was from the main road. Beds could have been more comfortable. Would have liked fluffier pillows.

Positive: A nice house which really gives a chalet feel. Has a spacious living & dining area for groups. Small note that you need to climb some steps before reaching main door.
Negative: Would be good if frying pan is also provided (only pots are provided and hard to use it for frying eggs or rosti).

Positive: Our family had a wonderful time here. The apartment is conveniently located close to Interlaken West train station and bus stop, grocery stores and restaurants, yet tucked away from the main road allowing for privacy. Situated close to the scenic Aare river, it has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer and good Wi-Fi connectivity. It is clean, comfortable and spacious and has incredible views of the mountains from some of the rooms. Our friendly and kind hosts shared clear check-in instructions well ahead of our arrival, as well as helpful tips for our stay in Interlaken. They were promptly responsive when we needed to reach out on any questions or concerns we had during our stay and pulled all stops to ensure we had a pleasant, worry-free stay.

Positive: The properly isnโ€™t far from train station and have a luggage room to store our luggage before check in time. Kitchen is fully equip. Check in and check out is very easy. Apartment is clean. Wi-Fi is fast.
Negative: The light in living room is a little bit dark.
